By chance, do you have a USA Passport? I will be crossing the Arica border soon from Bolivia and wondered if we have to pay a visa fee. I know US Citizens must get a visa if they fly into Santiago International Airport and I am not sure about land crossings such as Arica. Please let me know your thoughts.
